“Stonewall DFL” can also be listed in a list of endorsements.
Other verbiage must be approved
by the Board of Directors. All
or portions of the above words may be capitalized or lowercase. The word
“ranking” may be used instead of ”rating” if desired. Quotation marks around the
rating/grade are optional. The words “Stonewall DFL” must be on the same line of
text, of the same font, and same size typeface.
Please note per Article VI of our Constitution:
Section 2. Endorsement Not Valid Against DFL
Endorsed Candidate
An endorsement given prior to a DFL Party endorsing convention is valid after
the convention only if the candidate is endorsed by the DFL or if there is no
endorsement made at the endorsing convention. The vote of "no endorsement" shall
always be considered in order. The Stonewall DFL shall not endorse a candidate
who is running against a DFL endorsed candidate.
Endorsement and Rankings are not
valid until this Usage Agreement is signed and dated. This agreement is valid
only until the race’s election date unless otherwise nullified above. Ranking
and Endorsements are at the will of the Stonewall DFL Board of Directors and can
be revoked if a candidate is found to not be acting in good faith of the
Stonewall DFL caucus.
