2008 County/Municipal Candidate Endorsement Questionnaire
Please respond as best you can to the following questions. In your response, please indicate how you’d like you name printed, what race you will be screening for and contact information should we need to get hold of you. This questionnaire is used to help us get a better sense of who you are. No single answer automatically disqualifies you from consideration. In conjunction with a screening, it carries equal weight for your ranking and endorsement consideration. Candidate rankings are a new part of the process this year. This replaces the “acceptable” rating used in the past. Please download the process document from our website for more information.
If you are eligible to seek an expedited endorsement, you are still required to complete this questionnaire because of the changes to our endorsement process this year. No exceptions. Candidates who are eligible for the Expedited Endorsement process are still encouraged to screen prior to ranking and endorsement consideration, but it is not a requirement.
All Completed 2008 County/Municipal Candidate Endorsement Questionnaires must be received electronically to the Stonewall DFL Political Support Committee Chair (contact information below).
